Refund policy

1. General provisions This return and refund policy governs the rights and obligations of the Seller and the buyer in accordance with applicable Slovak and EU consumer protection legislation.

2. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee In addition to your statutory rights, the Seller offers every customer a voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of receiving the goods. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt and request a full refund of the purchase price. No reason for the return is required. The goods must be returned undamaged. This guarantee is provided voluntarily and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

3. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days) In accordance with EU consumer protection law and applicable Slovak legislation, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods. To exercise this right, send a written notice of withdrawal to info@puured.sk or by post to the Seller's address.

4. Conditions for return To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused
  • be returned in its original packaging, with all tags
  • be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

5. How to start a return

  1. Contact us at info@puured.sk with your return request.
  2. After confirmation, send the item to: Krajinská cesta 18, 821 07 Bratislava, Slovakia.
  3. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6. Exceptions — non-returnable items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Sale items or gift cards

7. Damaged or incorrect items Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@puured.sk if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

8. Exchanges The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.

9. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of the Seller receiving the goods. Processing may take additional time depending on your bank. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@puured.sk.
