1. General provisions These Terms of Service govern the rights and obligations of the parties in the sale of goods through the online store at www.puured.sk, in accordance with applicable Slovak and EU consumer protection legislation, including Act No. 40/1964 Coll. (Civil Code), Act No. 250/2007 Coll. (Consumer Protection Act), and Act No. 102/2014 Coll. (Distance Sales Act).

2. Order and contract formation The buyer places an order by completing the order form in the online store. By submitting the order, the buyer confirms they have read and accepted these Terms. The contract is formed upon order confirmation sent by the Seller to the buyer's email address. The Seller reserves the right to decline an order in case of product unavailability or pricing errors.

3. Prices and payment All prices are quoted in EUR and include VAT. The price binding on the buyer is the price valid at the time of placing the order. Payment may be made by card, bank transfer, or other methods available in the store.

4. Shipping and delivery Orders are delivered to Slovakia within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Free shipping applies to orders over EUR 59. Full shipping details are available on the website.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. In addition, the Seller offers a voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Goods must be returned undamaged, unused, and in original packaging. 6. Complaints and warranty Goods are covered by a statutory 24-month warranty. Complaints may be submitted to info@puured.sk or in writing to the Seller's registered address. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Data protection Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available at www.puured.sk.

8. Alternative dispute resolution Consumers may contact the Slovak Trade Inspection at www.soi.sk or use the EU ODR platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Final provisions These Terms are effective from 1 February 2026. The Seller reserves the right to amend them. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.
